Our master roasters have chosen the best varieties of Arabica and Robusta to best represent the "Viento de la Sierra", a wind that blows through the highland plantation of Guatemala, creating unique Terroir conditions. Arabica and Robusta are roasted separately with different time and finish colour to enhance the individual characteristics. The coffees are then expertly blended before grinding to achieve an incredible blend of unique flavours such as Milk Chocolate, Custard and Vanilla.
